“We need to have a discussion about men’s modesty.”
For a long time, I struggled to find pants that were modest.
Not just when I pray, but when for when I am at school, out with friends and family, or want to exercise. When I looked around, I saw that many other Muslim men could not find them either. I realized the problem: there is no go-to clothing brand that specializes in modest clothing for men, forcing us to sift through available options.
Clothing companies are tailoring their products to the values of non-Muslim consumers. And many Muslim men are either unaware of what Islam tells us about a modest dress code or cannot find a modest option available.
The goal of Modst Fashn is simple…
“Modest pants for men, for any occasion.”
My goal is not to replace the thobe, an excellent option for men’s modesty. Instead, it is to give a suite of modest options for all of life’s needs, when the thobe may not be suitable.
